no one says anything when I answer. they call ten times or more a day

Iknow i get high levels of phone calls 209 numbers all day everyday, but I don't answer. but these peopllle need to be caught. I don't know anyone that are so they need to stop calling my phone. they also calls from 323 area codes as well...they play some foreign music. if you know who I can make a complaint to please let me know.

They broke the law. I returned a call and they didnt ask who I was. They gave the MRD-which is required on all calls when you speak to a live person and calls are recorded. They said the MMDC-which is only said to the indebted consumer or Right Party Contact. I advised the bill was already paid yesterday & to check their records. I hung up. I called back and spoke to a supervisor named Rochelle and she said they were a 3rd party collection agency and she would call me back at 9:15pm. I informed her it was against FDCPA to call outside of 8am till 9pm consumer time. She said no-well yes. She called me back and said it is not against company policy to just speak to anybody who returns a call to a number they called. I explained its against FDCPA to disclose information without knowing who you talked to and I would forward this matter to my attorney.

Junk calls from a loan-shark company, pretending to be responding from your "application" for a loan.

Have received several calls from "Unknown caller". they did not leave a message until today. Man said his name was Darrell Rose but did not say what the call was about,

She says she is with SS and needs to know information, this is for my wifes friend which she is POA for Vonnie McMurray. They seem to know to much info already.

I keep receiving calls from this number. They say they need your account number. They want you to make a payment to them. THey say you owe them but when I requested them to send me a copy of the bill they refused. They cursed me out and said they were sending the police to me.

called me saying he's openning stores in chicago, wanted product list----creepy.

Officer Alex Davis called and left me a message I called back and talked to John Smith, who sounded alot like Officer Davis. He reported that my sister had taken out a pay day loan with my name on it and i was going to have to pay it back or go to jail.WTF!!!

He called my unlisted number to ask for the number of a family member in hopes that they can get him in contact with another family member. I have no idea where he got my name and number from, but I don't trust that man for anything

Dont know who this is. i have not got a payday lone. It has to be a scam!!!
